Numbers J123-J162 were model 40102-6T delivered in 1984. Low numbers were assigned to Westside Transit Lines and high numbers to Louisiana Transit. These buses completed replacement of GMC New Looks; they were replaced by Gillig Phantoms in 1998.

UNKNOWN NUMBER FLXIBLES:

In an unknown number Flxible, The Times Picayune/The States-Item took a picture of a group of regular commuters on the West Bank. As identified on the reverse: "Tina Gonthier applies makeup enroute to work in the CBD aboard a Jefferson Parish Transit bus Thursday morning. Three members of the 'Morning Crew' are seated at the rear of the bus--Lori Naquin, Kim Landry and Dawn Harvey. The four women and many of their friends catch the bus weekdays at the Terry Parkway and Daniels St. corner." Scan of a photo by E. Lucia added 04/03/19.
