Trip up to San Francisco begins by parking at Market and 18th Sts. to take a 33 Sacramento coach
down to Castro. Walked over to the 17th St. terminal of the F Market streetcar to ride out to Embarcadero
and Beach St. Spent two and a half hours taking pictures of the streetcars at Kearny and North Point Sts.,
usually with the sun. Three double enders, 1006, 1010, and 1011 were operating with the single enders.
Boarded a streetcar back to Drumm, where I took some more photos. Boarded another car out to
Van Ness Ave. On 11th St., New Flyer 6612 (psychedelic livery) was on the 9R San Bruno Rapid.
Took another streetcar to Noe and transferred to a 37 Corbett bus to return to my Camry, alighting
at Danvers for the short walk downhill to Market.
After a meal at Nation's Giant Burgers in Daly City, I was in time to stop at downtown Redwood City
for the last trip of SamTrans New Flyer XHE40 no. 3003 on the EPX East Palo Alto Express line.
