Caltrain offered free treats from Kona Ice flavored shaved ice at the Redwood City station.
When I arrived early, I discovered SamTrans Gillig 916, the 2025 Art Takes A Bus Ride coach, featuring
student submissions, was parked at the transit center. It was operating a number of local Redwood
City routes. I got pictures of the bus parked on the outside lane on layover, then as it exited on
route 278 to Canada College, then in both directions on route 276 to Bohannon. There's also
Gillig electric 5005 leaving on the 296 to East Palo Alto. Two Caltrain consists are included.
Got some Marguerite Shuttle buses on University Ave. and on El Camino Real.
